Situated on the edge of the Paphos Forest, the village of Lysos invites you to experience authentic Cypriot culture at the Lysos Cultural Festival. Hosted by the Lysos community and the Lysos Expat Association, the festival celebrates tradition, food, music, and community, bringing locals and visitors together for an unforgettable evening.
- Resi Cooking Demonstration: Watch the preparation of “Resi,” a traditional Cypriot wedding dish made from wheat boiled in meat broth. Learn the slow-cooking techniques that give it its rich flavour.
- Food & Drinks: Enjoy a selection of traditional Cypriot dishes, local wines, and the famous zivania, Cyprus’ strong pomace-based spirit.
- Live Music & Dancing: Experience traditional Cypriot dancers and live music performances that will get everyone in the festive spirit.
